Existing unused basement renovation to a drink parlor in the hip Summerhill neighborhood. We almost always start with the creepiest, grungiest of spaces and this one ranks near the top; a musty dungeon with low ceilings. Jake Karmin saw the potential in this space and so do we! Excited for this one to open!
